from Europe to Veracruz, Mexico

There are 2 ships each month from Bremerhaven or Antwerp to Veracruz. The schedule is available about 2-3 months in advance. The sailing time of the ships are 3-4 weeks.
The freight rate is currently $98 per m³ plus fuel surcharge and port fees.

from Veracruz, Mexico to Europe

On the route from Veracruz to Bremerhaven or Antwerp sail 2 ships a month. The sailing time is 3-4 weeks.
The freight rate is currently $ 68 per m³ plus fuel surcharge and port fees.

We have an forwarder in Mexico who will organize the handling for you. You can either be present on the customs- & drug inspection, or the local forwarder can do that for you – so that you can fly home.

Temporary Import

Tourists can temporary import their vehicle into Mexico without paying taxes and do not need to technical regulations. A Carnet de Passage is not required. However, a bond or deposit ($ 200-400 depending on the year of construction) is required upon arrival. This will be refunded later when the vehicle is exported. In exchange the vehicle can stay in Mexico up to 10 years.

from Europe to Panama

Panama is the hub for shipments between the two Americas and is therefore often frequented by ships. Manzanillo is located on the Atlantic coast near Colon, about an hour’s drive from Panama City.
There are usually 4 ships a month from Bremerhaven or Zeebrugge to Manzanillo. The schedule appears about 2 months in advance. The sailing time of the ship is around 3 weeks.
The freight rate is currently $ 102 pro m³ from Europe to Panama, plus shipping & port fees and fuel surcharges.

from Panama to Europe

There are usually 4 ships going back a month from Manzanillo (Antique Coast) to Zeebrugge or Bremerhaven. The timetable appears about 2 months in advance. The sailing time of the ship is just about 3 weeks.
The freight rate is currently $ 71 pro m³ from Panama to Europe, plus shipping & port fees and fuel surcharges
